Terms of Service
Effective July 13, 2026
These terms govern your use of QBR Flow at qbrflow.com. By creating an account, you agree to them — and we ask you to actually read them. If anything here doesn't work for your business, tell us before you build on the product.
What QBR Flow does
QBR Flow turns service activity you provide — ticket counts, incidents, hours, notes — into client-ready business review reports you can edit, publish, and share. You bring the data; we turn it into a document. You are responsible for what you send your clients.
Your account
You need an account to use the product, and you must be at least 18 to create one. Keep your credentials to yourself, use a work email you control, and tell us promptly if you believe your account is compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Plans, billing, and limits
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Each plan includes a monthly report allowance (currently 25 on Starter, 100 on Pro, 3 on the free trial); generation stops at the limit and resumes with your next billing period or an upgrade. You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings — access continues to the end of the paid period, and we don't prorate partial months. All payments are non-refundable.
Your content and your clients' data
Everything you put into QBR Flow — service data, report text, client names — belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to use your clients' data in reports, and for what those reports claim.
AI-drafted content
Report sections may be drafted by an AI model from the facts you provide. Drafts can be wrong, incomplete, or awkward — that is why every section is editable and nothing is shared until you publish it. You are the author of record for anything you send; we make no warranty that generated text is accurate or fit for a particular client conversation.
Share links
Publishing a report creates a link that works for anyone who has it, without a login. Treat the link like the document. You can unpublish a report or rotate its link at any time from the editor, which takes effect immediately. Published reports are excluded from search-engine indexing, but a link you forward is out of our hands.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful content, spam, or deceptive reports.
- No probing, scraping, or disrupting the service.
- No reselling access without an agreement with us. Email delivery is rate-limited per workspace to protect deliverability for everyone.
No warranties
We provide the service "as is" and "as available." We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for your particular business needs. If the law implies a warranty we can't disclaim, our liability for breaching it is limited to refunding your most recent month's payment.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify QBR Flowagainst claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you upload, reports you publish, your use of your clients' data, or your breach of these terms.
Our intellectual property
We own the service — the software, design, templates, brand, and everything else that makes QBR Flowwork. These terms give you the right to use the product; they don't transfer any ownership or license you our code or design.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service up and improving, and we ship carefully — but we don't promise uninterrupted availability, and features may change. If we discontinue the service, we will give you at least 30 days' notice. Email support@qbrflow.com and we will help you get a copy of your reports. There is no self-serve export.
Force majeure
We aren't liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control — including outages at our vendors, internet disruptions, or natural disasters.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions your clients make based on reports you publish.
Ending service
You can stop using QBR Flow and request deletion of your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; if we do, we will say why.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email the address on your account before the change takes effect — keeping that address current is your responsibility. Continued use after that date means you accept the update.
Assignment
You can't assign these terms without our written consent. We can assign them in connection with a sale, merger, or reorganization of our business.
Severability
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stay in effect.
